How to send a push notification:

• Open the tool: In your portal, click Notify in the left-hand menu bar (or the top left burger menu on mobile).
  

• Write the message: Type out what you want to say. Keep it short. This lands directly on your members’ phones, not in a crowded inbox.
  

• Send it: Click "Send to all Members". Every member gets it immediately, delivered straight to their Apple or Google Wallet.

There is no scheduling option here. Notifications are sent on the spot. You use it when it is relevant: a completely dead afternoon, a fresh menu item that just went live, or an offer that is only good for today.
