What is meed, and how does it work for businesses?meed is a unified loyalty platform designed to simplify the creation and management of customer engagement programs. Businesses can set up loyalty programs for customers to join as members, and design campaigns to attract new customers and reward existing customers. Setting up a loyalty program is as easily as setting up a Gmail account, and customers can join these programs using one central login — no need for separate apps.

What types of Campaigns can we set up on meed?You can launch a campaign with coupons to get new members. In addition, you can set up a digital stamp card (a single reward STAMP card, single reward CHECKIN card, or a single reward SCAN card, or a multi-reward STEP card), with customised rewards to your loyal customers when they have collected stamps and filled the loyalty card. You can set the the reward as a discount, a giveaway item or a cash voucher.

What are the costs of using meed?You can start your loyalty program immediately at meed's FREE tier. At any time, you can upgrade to the PRO tier at $59/month (or $590/annual), after which you can have more than 50 loyalty program members and have access to meed's full analytics dashboard. Additional fees apply for extra locations.

How do I set up a loyalty program?Setting up a program is incredibly straightforward. Businesses can get started by logging into the meed portal, uploading branding materials, and generating a scannable QR code. This process is designed to be completed in minutes.

Do my customers need to install an app?No, customers can join, earn, and redeem rewards simply by scanning a QR code. meed may offer an app in the future to enable advanced features.

How do I redeem rewards for customers?Customers simply present their meed QR membership card. Employees can use the meed business app to issue stamps, or redeem coupons or rewards.

Do coupons and rewards have expiry dates?A coupon or reward will expire on the stated expiry date, or when the campaign is deactivated. When you select a reward type or set an expiry date, please check these carefully before launching the campaign, as they cannot be changed once the campaign is activated. If creating a STAMP card, CHECKIN card or SCAN card, you may want to set a period a longer way away for your customers to redeem rewards unlocked from the card.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?If a subscription renewal payment is not successful, you will receive an email notification with details of the attempted processing of the payment and instructions for you to update the payment details. Once you have updated your payment details, our system will attempt to process payment again. If payment processing is still unsuccessful after a one-month grace period, we will suspend and deactivate the account and its Programs, offers and rewards.

How can I cancel my paid subscription?We hope you will continue subscribing to meed. However, if you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you can do so by selecting the ‘Cancel subscription’ option via the meed portal. Please make sure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date for the cancellation to take effect at the end of the current billing period. Please note that once you cancel your subscription, all Programs and their associated coupons, loyalty cards and rewards and any other offers and rewards that you have created on the platform will be deactivated.

Do I need to download an app to use meed?No app is needed for earning, unlocking, or redeeming rewards—just scan a QR code in-store. While meed may introduce an app in the future for advanced features, it will not be required for basic operations.

Is using meed free for consumers?Yes, meed is completely free for consumers.

How do I join a loyalty program?Simply use your phone camera to scan the QR code at a participating business. We will ask you to provide your mobile number and/or email address for one-time password (OTP) authentication, and your first name to personalise your membership. There is no need to provide your full name. When you join, you can add your membership card to your Apple / Google wallet. Through Member-Get-Member referrals, your friends and family can join meed by scanning your Membership QR code. You can earn rewards from referrals.

Can I manage multiple loyalty memberships on meed?Absolutely. meed allows you to centralize all your loyalty memberships behind one login, making it easier to manage them all in one place.

How do I earn or unlock coupons and rewards?Coupons are issued by businesses based on their campaigns. You can unlock rewards by collecting stamps on digital loyalty cards. Please check any expiry dates shown in the coupon or rewards.

How do I collect stamps?Present your Meed QR membership card to the business, who can scan it to add a stamp. Some businesses may allow self-checkin to collect stamps (maximum one checkin per 24 hours), or self-scanning of receipts to collect stamps, with a limit of 5 receipts per Member per 24 hours and receipts issued within the past 7 days (the limits are subject to change from time to time).

How do I redeem my coupon or reward?Simply show your meed QR membership card to the business, who will scan it to validate the redemption.

Where can I see my stamps, coupons and rewards?Your membership card has a progress meter, which shows the number of stamps you have collected. You can see any available coupons and rewards under your membership card via ‘My Rewards’ when looking at your pass in your phone's wallet app.

Do coupons and rewards have expiry dates?Coupons and rewards may have specified expiry dates. A Campaign including all its coupons, loyalty cards and rewards will become invalid if a Program Operator deactivates the campaign.

Why have my stamps or vouchers disappeared?Stamps and vouchers may have expiry dates, and they are automatically removed from your wallet after expiration. Businesses may modify or discontinue specific campaigns at their discretion.

How can I find businesses using meed?As meed adoption grows, you’ll see “We are on meed” stickers on participating businesses’ storefronts, signaling that they support meed loyalty programs.
