Create a Birthday Coupon for your meed Loyalty Program

It's easy to create a birthday coupon on meed.

Create a Birthday Coupon on meed

1. Log in to the Meed portal at portal.meedloyalty.com

2. From the main menu, choose "Coupons"
   

3. Under the heading, "Manage your coupons", click the orange button, "Create Coupon". You will see the form for creating your coupon.

4. Choose your coupon type. It is either a percentage discount, a cash voucher or an item (direct redemption of a good or service)
   

5. Give the coupon a name - this is the first thing people will see in their meed wallet, so the obvious choice might be "Birthday Gift", or similar.
   

6. If you selected a discount, use the dropdown to enter the percentage. If you chose cash, check the currency is correct and enter the amount.
   

7. Describe the offer, for example, "Tell us it's your birthday to redeem this offer on your special day"
   

8. Upload an image for the coupon - you can upload any format you want but the system will crop it to a square. You can edit the crop before you save it.
   

9. Set a schedule. Set the start date to today (default) and the end date to Dec 31. If you are setting this up toward the end of the year, you can schedule it for Jan 1 of the next year. It won't appear to your customers until then.
   

10. Click "Launch coupon".

That's it! Every member will be notified of the new offer. Everyone who joins from now on will get the offer, and the great thing is, they can only redeem it once, and then they have to wait till next year!
