Use a Second Visit Coupon to Get Customers To Come Back Again

The great thing about meed's coupon delivery capabilities is that there are no limits.
We all know that repeat visits early in the relationship are essential to ensure visiting your store becomes a habit!
meed enables you to do this by creating a series of coupons so that when a customer joins your loyalty program on meed they know right then and there why they should come back often.
This tutorial shows a tactic that we have found effective with early adopters of meed: the Second Visit Coupon.

Create a Second Visit Coupon
For our stamp card, we used an item reward, which can be redeemed directly for a product. In this case, it was a free coffee after purchasing eight espresso drinks. For our welcome offer, we used a discount. For our Second Visit Coupon, we will create a cash coupon.
This uses the same campaign management screen as the previous campaigns, so log into meed and go to the Campaign Management Screen (Click Campaign in the main menu bar).
Click COUPON under "I want to create".

The coupon screen remains the same, but since this is a cash voucher, there are only a couple of differences.
Select the Cash Voucher option at the top of the first column
Select the cash value and currency.
As with all other campaigns, please give it a name. We called this one "2nd Visit" as we want customers to know exactly what it is. We also set a minimum spend amount in the requirements field, as this is intended to drive up revenue, not just give away free items. We created a lovely image using AI to say "$100 off"
Lastly, set the end date for the coupon - we have selected December 31, as we think we will have fresh offers in the new year.

With all the data entered, click the Launch COUPON button and click "yes" in the confirmation pop-up.

Your campaign is live, and you are returned to the Campaign Management screen. Now you can see three active campaigns:
Your STAMP card (which earns a free coffee)
A welcome coupon which offers 10% off on your first purchase as a member
A 2nd visit coupon for HK$100 off any purchase (not to be used in conjunction with any other offer! and with a minimum spend of $300!)

All your members will be notified that a new coupon is in their wallet. This is what it looks like to your members.

As you can see, you can create incentives for repeat visits to your store through redemption offers, cash vouchers, and percentage discounts.
