Now that you have your free loyalty program set up and ready to go, it is time to put it to use and create your digital STAMP Card.
meed is entirely free to use, including all features, until you hit 50 members. This way you only start to pay when meed is working for you: no artificial time limits or limited trials.
NOTE: If you haven't yet created your account, why not use our wizard and complete the process in one go? Click the banner below:
Log in to the portal
If you are not logged into the portal, go to portal.meedloyalty.com.

Then Click [Log in] and enter your email address.

Next, enter the password you used when you created your account

You will now be logged in to the overview/home page of the portal, which will display vital information about your program.

Locate the Campaign Screen
Click on "Campaigns" in the left-hand menu bar (or from the drop-down menu if using mobile). You will be on the Manage Campaigns Screen.
On this screen, you can find all of your coupons - offers that you send to your members - as well as your current and inactive stamp cards and rewards for the multi-reward STEP card. For now we are just going to create a single reward STAMP Card.
Note: You can read about all the campaign types in, "All About Campaigns on meed".

Create your free digital stamp card
From the Manage Campaigns Screen, note the box marked, "I want to create".
Choose STAMP Single Reward Card.

First, let’s deal with column 1, the Reward Type.
You can choose between four different reward types. These are:
A discount, where a full stamp card becomes a redemption for a fixed discount expressed as a percentage.
A Cash voucher where a full stamp card becomes a redemption for a fixed amount of money.
An item reward where a full stamp card becomes a redemption in exchange for a product or service.
An Event Pass - literally a ticket to a members-only event.
Read more about coupon/reward types in this article.
In the case of Recaffeinated, I am going to giveaway a free coffee - any drink with one shot of espresso in it - for a full stamp card. So I selected “item.”
In the “Reward Name field, enter the name of the reward. In my case, it is “Free Coffee.”
Note: To keep things consistent, we don’t allow a lot of characters so keep it pithy. We want to make sure the formatting and vouchers always look good on your customers’ phones.
So my column one looks like this:

The green tick tells me I have filled in the column correctly.
Next, let’s deal with column 2, the Details column.
The first field is where you can describe the reward. This is the piece most people will read to understand what you are offering in return for them coming back and filling up the stamp card.
If you have any published terms and conditions on your own company website you can optionally link them in the “Link to Terms and Conditions” field.
In the requirements field, you can state any individual terms and conditions. For example, you might want to state, “not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.” No need to state how many stamps, as this is built into the member card.
Finally, upload a picture of the item. In my case, it is a picture of a cup of coffee!

Again, the green tick says that all is well and you can move on to column three, Set Schedule.
All of our coupons and rewards have expiry dates. This is so that you can choose to do short term campaigns to encourage people to come repeatedly in a short space of time, or longer term campaigns. In my case, I will make this stamp card last a year. You can reactivate it when it expires. No one will lose their stamps.
Click the start date - most likely today - then navigate using the calendar to where you want the end date to be and click that.

Now we get to the significant bit:
Choose the number of stamps that will fill up this stamp card. In my case, you may recall from the copy I entered in the description that the number is eight.
Finally, leave “Disable Auto Renew” OFF. If you leave this off, the stamp card will be automatically replaced once full. If you turn it on, then it will not be automatically replaced.

Publish your campaign
Check the preview in the last column on the left. If you are happy, click "Launch STAMP Card"!

Once activated, you will be redirected to the “Manage your campaigns” page.

All your current members will receive the stamp card, and any future members who join will receive it too! And in fact, it will show up in your customers' membership cards when they add them to the Apple or Google wallet.
Look for the tutorial on how to use the meed app to scan members’ QR codes and give them stamps.
Here it is in Apple Pass, as I am of course a member of my own loyalty program!
I haven't received any stamps yet.
