meed allows users to add multiple locations to a loyalty program. This enables you to track:
Where your members join your loyalty program on meed
Where they earn and redeem rewards and vouchers.
Setting up a new location is easy and will take you just a moment.
Important note: If you are in free mode, you can set up as many locations as you like; your only cap is a limit of 50 members. In meed Pro, we charge based on locations.
Adding Locations
To begin adding locations, log in to the meed Portal and click the "Loyalty Programs" button on the main menu.
Once you have selected your loyalty program, click "Edit" in the panel.

Click "Enter new Location" in the first column.

Add the following information:
The name of the business (it might be the same as the others or you might have a collection of locations with unique names.
A label for the location. This will be used to reference it as a branch on both the consumer and business sides of the platform.
The address (which will link to Google Maps
The logo. If you have only one brand name, the logo will be the same as your loyalty program's. Otherwise, you can upload the logo for this specific location.
Click save. Don't forget!

IMPORTANT: Do not forget to click "Update Loyalty Program" in column four to save your changes.

If you open the meed app on the Switch Program Tab, you can swap between your locations so the system knows where customers redeem vouchers and earn rewards.

Back on the Edit screen of the Portal, click "QR Code," where you can download unique QR codes for each of your locations to use in-store. This will help you know where your customers join your loyalty program on meed.
