Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
1) Who’s eligible

The Referrer (an existing meed business customer) must have an active meed account in good standing (not suspended/under investigation).

A person becomes a Referred Customer when they are recorded by meed’s systems as having signed up using the Referrer’s unique referral link/code.

The Referral Program is the customer referral program operated by meed from time to time under which eligible Referrers may earn Referral Credits by inviting new customers to sign up using the Referrer’s unique referral link/code.

The Referral Program is void where prohibited by law.
In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Meed Limited (including its successors and assigns) and “meed” refers to the meed loyalty platform operated by Meed Limited.
These Referral Program Terms & Conditions, as updated by us from time to time, are referred to as “these Terms”.
In these Terms, references to a customer “purchases meed PRO”, being a “subscriber”, “billing cycles”, or a “subscription” mean the Referred Customer’s paid subscription to meed PRO.
2) What counts as a “Successful Referral”
A referral is “Successful” when:

the Referred Customer signs up with meed using the referral link/code, and
-
the Referred Customer purchases meed PRO, and
-
the Referred Customer remains a paying subscriber for the Qualification Period (see below), and payments are not cancelled, refunded, reversed, or charged back.
Qualification Period

If the Referred Customer is on a monthly subscription: three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.

If the Referred Customer is on an annual subscription: three (3) calendar months after the start of the annual subscription term (and the subscription has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed, or charged back during that period). For clarity, the annual subscription is billed annually.
3) Referral credits

Referrer Referral Credit: a US$59 account credit applied to the Referrer’s next invoice after the Qualification period (or as otherwise specified in meed’s invite/email).

Referred Customer Referral Credit: US$25 off the first paid subscription purchase.

Referral Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated by us in writing.
4) Referral Credit timing

The Referrer Referral Credit is issued after the Qualification Period is completed and eligibility checks pass, and is then applied to the Referrer’s next invoice (or otherwise applied as stated by us).

The Referred Customer Referral Credit is applied at the Referred Customer’s first paid subscription purchase (or otherwise applied as stated by us).
5) Limits

Referrers can earn Referral Credits for up to 12 Successful Referrals in any rolling 12‑month period.

We may set additional caps per person, account, business, payment method, device, household, or other identifiers.
6) Multiple referrers / self-referrals

If more than one person refers the same Referred Customer, we will apply Referral Credits only in respect of the first referral recorded by meed’s systems (in our sole discretion).

Self-referrals (referring yourself, your own organization, or accounts you control) are not allowed.
7) Referral sharing & communications

Referrers must obtain all required consents/permissions before contacting or inviting others.

Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when referring customers to meed and sharing referral links/codes (including any advertising, marketing, and disclosure requirements).
8) Program changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, pause, or end the Referral Program at any time.

If we end the Referral Program, we will honor Referral Credits already earned for Successful Referrals up to the termination date, subject to these Terms and eligibility checks.
9) General

We may refuse participation or delay, withhold or reverse Referral Credits if we reasonably believe that the Referral Program has been abused, these Terms have been breached or a referral is otherwise illegal or ineligible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program or these Terms.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program and these Terms is limited to the amount of Referral Credits actually issued by us in the six (6) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
10) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
